What's the size?
All our standard models and custom sets are built at a 1:24 scale, using an 8-stud-wide format. Because of the fixed scale and the limitations of standard LEGO bricks, the final design may differ from the original image, especially in more complex builds. We do not accept redesign requests based on personal preferences once the design process has begun.
Can I use photos from online?
Yes you can! There is no problem using photos from online or even video game screenshots, just make sure they still show person and pet from all around.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer fast worldwide shipping. Upon ordering, we will package our products as soon as possible (1-12 Hrs), and shipping will take about 5-12 days with the Standard Shipping option and 3-7 days with the Express Shipping option. For Custom Orders: custom-designed models require an additional 7 days for design and 7 days for production before shipping times begin.
